Decal Design Downloads

DocRef: JC16a

The artwork enabling you to print (A4 size) sheets of decals is offered free of charge by John Candy who prepared these for his own use and to suit some Flexikit models (these are offered only for private/personal use; you may NOT reproduce these for commercial/sale purposes).

It is recommended that a laser printer is used, although ink jet can be used if care is taken to seal with a clear acrylic (spray can) varnish before soaking to remove the backing paper.

Sheet GWR K1370 is suitable for use on the GRS K-type GWR container and provides the only authentic lettering used with the cream-over-chocolate livery. The GWR 'twin shields' device is available from other sources, including GRS.

Sheet GWR K1347 provides an alternative authentic number and tare for the GRS K-type GWR container (only for the cream-over-chocolate livery).

Sheet National Benzole provides an authentic and colourful post-war livery for the GRS kit for the ex-Air Ministry tank wagon and is an alternative to the Esso and Shell-BP liveries available from GRS.

Sheet LNER Refrigerator provides lettering for the LNER Diagram 20 timber underframe ventilated refrigerator van and suits 'The Wagon & Carriage Works' brass kit for this vehicle.

Sheet Barrow Barnsley provides lettering for the 1923 RCH coal wagon (designed to suit the Flexikit model but should fit any other "built to scale" model of that wagon type).

Sheet J R Wood provides lettering for the 1923 RCH coal wagon (designed to suit the Flexikit model but should fit any other "built to scale" model of that wagon type).

Sheet Blue Circle lettering provides the lettering to be printed on CLEAR decal paper for the "Iron Mink" cement wagon

Sheet Blue Circle logo provides the Blue Circle logo to be printed on WHITE decal paper for the "Iron Mink" cement wagon (Both sheets are designed to suit the Williams Models kit but should fit any other "built to scale" model of that wagon type).

Sheet Ferrocrete provides lettering for the "Iron Mink" cement wagon (designed to suit the Williams Models kit but should fit any other "built to scale" model of that wagon type).
